Monthly subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, and they automatically renew each month until cancelled. Yearly subscriptions are billed annually and automatically renew each year until cancelled. Biennial subscriptions are billed every 2 years and and automatically renew every 2 years until cancelled.

You can adjust your subscription plan by accessing 'My Account' in the portal and then clicking on the 'Change' button within the 'Current Plan' section. A change from monthly to annual or biennial billing will be effective immediately and you will receive an invite to the Kaito Katalyzer community. A change from annual or biennial to monthly billing will be effective in the next billing period, once the current subscription period has ended.

You can cancel your subscription plan by accessing the 'Current Plan' section under 'My Account' in the portal. Cancellations take effect from the next billing period, and no refunds for the current billed periods will be provided. If you cancel during a subscription period, you will continue to enjoy access to your account until the end of the period.

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, you can choose to cancel your subscription at any time in the portal. If you no longer wish to subscribe, take care to cancel before the next billing period to avoid being billed for the new subscription period.
